Prior to the first session, you will complete digital intake forms. Together,
you and I will develop a personalized plan to address your concerns and find
solutions that will work best for you – utilizing your unique strengths
and abilities to develop solutions to your own problems. Then creating a path
forward toward your ideal life.

On-line, Client-Centered Counselling- grief, trauma, attachment styles, inner-child
work, and relationship counselling.

Primarily using Cognitive Behavior, Dialectic Behavior, Somatic (body awareness),
and Narrative modalities.
