I value Collaboration. I counsel Holistically. I believe in the value of supportive Relationships. I am here to listen. There is healing in connected and attuned relationships. Sometimes relationships can be a source of our pain, but they can also be, in part, the source of healing and growth. I have been trained in CBT Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, DBT Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I also have some experience with Somatic (body) Therapy and EFT Emotional Freedom Techniques as well as other modalities. I honour the courage it is taking for you to step towards counselling. My focus is client centered, trauma informed counselling. You deserve to be heard, understood and supported no matter how much life has become overwhelming, or uncertain.
